Monique utilizes her enthusiastic spirit and attentive interpersonal skills to ensure her client’s goals are met. Her work ethic combined with her extensive marketing and customer service background make her an integral part of The One Harbor Homes Team.
She was born in Washington, D.C., grew up in the Maryland suburbs and has spent her adult life traversing the Northern Virginia suburbs. As a Northern Virginia resident of 30 years, Monique has been involved with local schools and the community. Previously, she served as the Marketing Director at Weichert Realtors in McLean and Executive Assistant to one of the Top Luxury Homes Agents in the entire region. Her extensive professional experience and diverse background, coupled and her knowledge of our neighborhoods make her a key member of our crew.
Monique is also a nationally certified self-defense instructor, volunteering with the Vienna and Manassas Police Departments teaching women in the community about personal safety, awareness and self-defense. She brings a level of enthusiasm for life to her business as well as a love for spinning, cycling, softball, and all kinds of exercise. This keeps her in tip-top shape and on top of the latest goings-on in and around Northern Virginia. She is a steadfast advocate who goes to the greatest lengths to make sure her clients and customers are treated with the utmost care and with the highest level of professionalism.
