Very unique property with approximately .68 acres. Owner is a landscaper & added a strip of land to add a second driveway & metal building for working on his trucks. Main house has had approximately four additions/ renovations since it was built in 1934. Living room is all that is left or the original home. Front porch was added when the office addition was built. Small bedrooms were removed to include a larger bedroom (ML MBR2) and a huge full bath that includes a walk-in shower, single-sink vanity, Jacuzzi tub under skylights with ceramic tile. On other side of hall is dining room which connects to kitchen. On other side of DR is another addition - office for 2 desks which enters boss' office with skylight & built-ins, closet & full bath (considered 3rd bedroom). This area has a separate entrance to covered deck to patio to driveway. DR also has door to covered deck where owners had their grill. Kitchen is very nice with three walls of cabinets, skylights, breakfast bar, and SS appliances. On other side of hall, you'll find a large pantry with second refrigerator, second set of washer/dryer hookups & shelving. Continuing on down the hall, you come to steps down into another addition with vaulted ceiling with wall-to-ceiling stone gas fireplace and atrium doors that open to the driveway on the right and the patio on the left. Enter a door on the far left corner and you have a large family room on your right with a couple of closets (including a washer/dryer closet). Room has been used as a craft room but it's very large - you'll have multiple choices - exit that room into the 2-car attached garage with auto opener. Going back to the entry to the family room and you have steps up to a master bedroom with his' n hers' walk-in closets, dressing area with granite-covered vanity with double sink & make-up mirror. Off this area is your adjoining bath with tub with shower and toilet. Off the bedroom is an Andersen door with triple glass panes & the center opens to the deck above the garage (has a railing & has an EDPM rubber roof sturdy enough for sunbathing). The house has it's own electric meter because the owner has electricity and insulation in the three vinyl garages that he used for his shop and often used his welding machine or other apparatus which caused the electric bill to spike high on the house bill so he had a second meter put on the garages. This meter can be shut off or completely removed. The three vinyl garages have insulation and electricity as mentioned above. Currently used as a shop, they could also be used as a garage or storage. One garage is longer than the other two to accommodate a long-bed pick-up truck. Metal shed on other driveway has been used to work on the trucks with the owner's lift. Beyond the patio is a lovely yard, landscaped, and room to enjoy the outdoors. Gazebo has electricity to enjoy on a nice evening.
